Prof Robert Nanima is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Criminal Justice and Procedure in the Faculty of Law, at the University of the Western Cape. He serves as a Member of the African Committee of Experts on the Rights and Welfare of the Child, a Special Rapporteur on Children Affected by Armed Conflict and the Chairperson of the Working Group on the Implementation of Decisions. He lectures undergraduate modules such as Child Justice and the Law of Evidence. He lectures post-graduate courses on International Anticorruption Law, and Anti-Corruption Law in South Africa’s Context. He continues to supervise undergraduate, master’s and doctoral students. He has published and presented at various national and international conferences.
